Belle Haven Blue Stripe Pattern

I created this for a group I led at an assisted living community. The ladies created their own 4 patches and sewed them by hand – some more successfully than others. Everyone’s blocks got into the quilt regardless of skill and then they took turns sewing on the long strips. I then added the borders, quilted it and put on the front of the binding and the ladies finished the binding on the back. The label has all of their signatures on it and it was entered in the local quilt show.
